The city was filled with the building．Many examples which build construction in the land which has in it the strange from made accidentally came to be seen．This can be said to be one feature of the construction in a present age city．Here, the site is assumed to be a crevice between city building groups．It functions under such inferior circumference environment as an important interface for a new glass material making internal environment and outside environment rich．The material of this new glass has a pump oxygenator function, absorbs and removes the toxic substance in internal environment and outside environment, and melts．Moreover, sky light is gathered and collected also in the shade and internal space is filled with light．With advance of time change and environment pollution, the surface of a building melts and forms the increase of transparency, and a various and accidental opening．But, when all become transparent, this construction disappears．This “MELTING GLASS” serves as a parameter which perceives environment．
